3. Your representations By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
you are acquiring the products solely for lawful laboratory research and development
you are not purchasing them for human or veterinary administration, or for resale for that purpose
you will not administer them to any person or animal, or supply them to anyone for that purpose
you will handle, store, and use them lawfully and safely
the products may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used for research in your location, and you have satisfied yourself of that before ordering
all information you provide is accurate and complete
We may cancel an order or refuse service if we reasonably believe these representations are untrue.
4. Orders and payment You are responsible for the accuracy of all billing, shipping, and contact details. Orders are processed only after payment has fully cleared.
Once payment has cleared, an order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect a breach of these terms, a payment risk, or an unlawful purpose. If we cancel before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
5. Pricing and descriptions We try to keep product information accurate. We do not warrant that descriptions, images, strengths, or documents are error-free. If a product is materially misdescribed and the law requires a remedy, that remedy applies.
6. Shipping and delivery Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or any other third party.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the carrier, except where the Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.
7. Shipping risk and customs Orders are placed at your own risk. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, inspected, flagged, seized, returned, destroyed, or withheld by customs, border authorities, postal services, or carriers.
Except where required by law, no refund, replacement, or compensation is payable for customs action, seizure, or delivery failure outside our control. This clause does not limit any non-excludable right.
8. Returns If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund, we will provide that remedy.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that apply to you and cannot be excluded.
9. Chargebacks Contact us before raising a payment dispute, so we can try to resolve it. If a chargeback or reversal is raised for an order that was delivered as described, or that failed because of customs or carrier action outside our control, we may dispute it and suspend or refuse future orders. This does not limit any right you have to dispute a payment where the law allows it.
10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or improper handling; loss arising from use of the products; third-party shipping delays or delivery failures; or any consequence of unlawful or improper use.
Products are used entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to resupply of the goods or the cost of resupply.
We do not exclude, restrict, or modify any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity You indemnify us against loss, liability, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, an unlawful import or supply, or a representation you make that is untrue. This indemnity is reduced to the extent we cause or contribute to the loss.
12. Refusal of service We may refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access where we reasonably believe an order may breach these terms or applicable law.
13. Intellectual property All website content, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and site design, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written consent.
14. Privacy We collect personal information, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and order details, to process orders, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to couriers, payment providers, and professional advisers where needed to fulfil an order or comply with law. 15. Changes We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Sever ability If any part of these terms is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that part is severed. The remainder continues in effect.
17. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a claim in another forum under the Australian Consumer Law.
